Meet the Team

Every family works directly with people who genuinely love this work. Here’s who you’ll meet.

Zachary Weinerman, BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst · 10 years of clinical experience

ABA therapy changed my life. As a teenager, I found myself making impulsive decisions to impress my “friends” without fully understanding why. Discovering the work of B.F. Skinner made it clear I could change my own behavior by setting goals and managing my environment — and my mother would tell you she’s grateful I found Applied Behavior Analysis.

With ten years of clinical experience, I’m always assessing my own behavior first. I believe ABA can benefit anyone — whether the goal is eating healthier, exercising more, or sleeping better — and I’ve made it my life’s work to show people that behavior change is possible.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking with my golden retriever or skiing Winter Park. I look forward to sharing that journey with families who are working toward their own positive changes.

Danica Jackson

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) · 2+ years

I’ve been an RBT for over two years, and my favorite part of ABA therapy is learning and growing alongside my clients while I watch them grow. I love turning everyday moments into opportunities to build communication and independence, and I’m actively learning ASL to better connect with my learners.

I love working in homes and out in the community — collaborating with families in real time, inside the environments where your child is most comfortable. My goal is to create a fun, supportive space where clients feel heard, successful, and empowered to advocate for themselves.

Let’s take chances, make mistakes, and get messy. Let’s go outside. Let’s be crafty. Let’s play a game. Growth is a team effort — I look forward to meeting your family and growing together.

Brooke Mcallister

RBT· 3 years in the ABA field, 5 years working with children

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, longboarding, walking my dogs, jigsaw puzzles, making art, and card games.

Children are the future, and I love working side by side with them to help build a great one. I have years of experience with AAC and other communication devices — I believe communication is key, and every child deserves a voice.

I love bringing natural environment training into every session, so children can build independence while having fun. Pairing a learner’s interests with the life skills they’re working on is what makes it stick — learning to brush your teeth is a lot more fun with your favorite song and a dance routine to go with it.

Ashleigh Ainza

RBT · 3+ years in ABA therapy

I’ve been teaching for most of my life — tutoring peers in school, working summer camps growing up, and now doing ABA therapy for a little over three years, and I’ve loved every minute of it.

I believe in a naturalistic teaching style, and I work to create a safe, open environment where clients can be fully themselves while building healthy boundaries. Outside of work, I spend my free time with family, crafting, writing, reading about the world, and raising money for causes I care about with friends.

I look forward to meeting our families and helping however I can — let’s go team, together we can be the difference we want to see.
